Commercial Structure Fire on
Vincennes Ave. |
|
Called to a reported structure fire at the noted address. saw heavy smoke and flame coming from apartment #209. E-215-1 hit hydrant in parking area. Initial entry/attack by intetrior 215-1. Entered residenence, encountered heavy fire to the left of the entry door. Primary search 215 turned up no victims. Eng. 267 established 2nd water supply at 3rd and Vincennes. Truck 310 established ventilation ops on the roof. Fire extingushed with no further complications. AC Fire Marshall notified station 209 helped with overhaul. Washington county Station 13 (Midway) called for RIT operations.

Multiple Vehicle Accident on Mckee Road
|
Station 215 was dispatched to a 3 car accident at the intersection of Mckee Road and Old Mckee Road. Rescue 215 arrived first on scene to find a van had pushed the car in front of it into the back of another car. Medic 195 was already on scene and one of 215's EMT's helped with patients, Engine 215 arrived with a crew of 6 to help with clean up, the driver of the 2nd car was transported, and the driver of the 1st car was taken to the hospital by a family member. All 215 equipment was released by medics after vehicles were moved off the road.

Commercial Structure Fire in South Fayette Township
|
Engine 267-1, Rescue 267, Engine 215-1, and Engine 269 were dispatched to Fully involved Garage fire on Main street in South Fayette Township. Engine and Rescue 267 were first on scene with heavy smoke and flames coming from a shop area attached to the main garage. two attack crews stopped the fire from spreading into the main garage. Engine 215-1 and 269 helped find hot spots and do over haul. Medic 815 was also on scene, and Allegheny County Fire Marshall with a K-9 unit was called to investigate.

Vehicle Accident on Finks Run Road and Landing Zone at Kelso Road
|
Station 267 and Northwest EMS were dispatched to a vehicle accident on Finks Run Road in North Fayette Township. Crews found a one vehicle accident with rollover. Station 215 was dispatched to send more EMT's to the crash scene with the rescue, Engine 215-1 then proceeded to the end of Finks Run Road, and Kelso Road to assist station 209 with Landing Zone setup for STAT MedEvac.

Vehicle Accident on Union Ave.
|
|
A pickup truck driving down Union Ave. lost control went over the guardrail and slid into a small creek, and continued to slide sideways until it hit a small bridge. station 215 and station 269 were dispatched, station 215 cut the passenger side door off to provide extrication on the victim. |

Station 195 responded to a medical call in Washington Co. While transporting the patient, medical command advised the ambulance crew to fly the patient. STAT MedEvac was dispatched, and Station 215 was Dispatched to set up a LZ at the Oakdale Borough Ball Field
